沈阳市鹏德环境科技有限公司（简称鹏德环境）创建于2018年,以解决地下水环境与资源问题为核心竞争力。公司业务涉及水文地质、工程地质和环境地质等领域，是集地下水环境与资源调查评价、土壤与地下水污染防控、生态环境咨询、工程勘察、矿山生态环境调查评价与恢复治理、地质灾害调查评估与防治、科研及技术服务为一体的综合性高新技术企业。
鹏德环境拥有技术精湛的专业团队30余人，其中高级工程师以上10余人，技术人才队伍层次合理。公司自持钻探设备4台（套）、物探设备4台（套）、测量设备4台（套）、无人机、便携式水土检测设备多套。
公司现为吉林大学研究生培养实践基地；地下水污染防控与修复产业联盟理事单位；中关村众信土壤修复产业技术创新联盟（土盟）辽宁省联络处。拥有水文地质勘察、岩土工程勘察乙级资质；环保工程专业承包二级资质；地质灾害评估、勘查、设计、施工、监理乙级资质；施工劳务资质。
